Weirdos in Chief

We've been doing this "raising tiny weirdos" thing for quite a while now. We're perilously close to entering our third decade of marriage and are wondering just how long we can get away with figuring it all out as we go. We love to cook, laugh, play, travel, read, and learn.

Chris
Chris is a wonderful dad, husband, and friend. He works hard everyday to provide for our family. We are excited to see where his legal career will take him next; he thoroughly enjoys his current position as a law clerk/bailiff. He also keeps busy with his new calling as stake clerk, hanging out with Jenny and playing with the busy boys, and staying updated on Engadget and Autoblog (ALL while chewing Orbit bubblemint gum--talk about being multi-talented!). Chris enjoys downtime playing his new PS3 (finally convinced Jenny of its "necessity") but is willing to help whenever (and whoever) he can, which includes doing the dishes for which Jenny is very grateful.

Jenny is learning to be a good wife and mom. No matter how she sometimes acts, she LOVES her boys! She loves reading, finding thrifty deals and new ideas on the internet. She ran her first marathon last fall and loved it and is looking forward to more races.

Bubba

Bubba
Bubba is still the cutest 5 year old in the whole world! He has tons of energy and never. stops. talking. He always has plenty to say about Star Wars, Indiana Jones, whatever his current boy interest may be. He is a smart, perceptive boy and always has a new big word to share with someone. He is thoughtful and loves people.

Caveman

Caveman
Caveman is 2 years old and such a big boy, well, big in the sense that he has attitude and likes to run the house, otherwise he is tiny (he finally hit 20 lbs about his 2nd birthday!). He runs around like crazy and usually has at least one bruise on his forehead. We love hearing all the new words he adds to his vocabulary each day. He especially loves "may-may" (Mater) and would watch movies all day long if we'd let him ("watch?! show?!"
